Definition of a Concession:
For the purposes of the Pricing Structure of this clinic, a person shall be deemed eligible for the Concession rates if they can produce upon request any of the following:
FA current Student Card - endorsed for Full Time Study;
FA current Health Care Card as issued by Centrelink;
FA current Seniors Card - or other evidence to identify you as an Age Pensioner;
FAny other evidence to identify you as a Low Income Earner.

Policy for Late Cancellation/Non-Attendance:
We request that you give us no less than 4 hours notice of your intention to cancel your appointment to enable us to offer the time to someone else. Failure to provide this time will result in a $20.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment that has not been cancelled will result in a $20.00 Non-Attendance Fee. If you incur either of these fees, you will be invoiced and required to make payment before any further appointments will be made for you.
We offer a reminder service by telephone, text message or e-mail. If you would like a reminder of your appointment the day before, just ask us when you make your booking and we will provide it for you.
