The drive that brought me into the world of Remedial Massage and Health Care Professionalism was a desire to help others not only achieve their best health, but maintain that achievement so that they feel their best all the time. From a Remedial Massage perspective that means making a habit with treatment and securing some degree of regularity with your massage. A lot of people ask after their treatment how frequently they should come - and my response is always that little bit different for everyone. Everyone is unique and individual - we all lead separate lives, indulging in different activities all the way from work to fitness and leisure - and everyone's needs are individual to them ... we have always recognised this when it comes time to plan a treatment session, and that also carries into treatment frequency. For some they will find they get the best out of the cumulative effects of regular massage if they come in every 2 weeks ... for others it will be around every 3 or 4 weeks, and others still might find they can get 5-6 weeks between treatments still feeling great ... we are all individual - listen to your body, it will tell you how frequently you need to come. Just be sure to take action when your body tells you it is time - don't acknowledge it and then forget it ... the only way to feel your best and cope with lifes challenges is to look after you most valuable asset in life - YOUR BODY!
Of course making the comittment to your well being is only half the battle - finances and the eternal battle of Income Vs Expenses also plays a big part in every body's lives. That is where our new Loyalty Benefit comes into play ...
Before our Pricing Restructure came into effect last September I was not interested in any program like this because we were already pricing ourselves reasonably below the recognised industry pricing standard. Now - post restructure - we are more in alignment with what the National Massage Association (AAMT) recommends as an appropriate pricing structure. We are now also in alignment with the majority of other Remedial Massage Clinics, and still less expensive than some. All the same, our recent Pricing Restructure gives us the freedom to offer 'specials' and 'incentives' to our clients ... it gives us the opportunity to support those who have supported us over the years, and so we welcome the introduction of our Loyalty Benefit.
The Loyalty Benefit works as reward for business - obviously ... Essentially, this program rewards YOU with a $10 reduction in treatment cost provided you maintain frequency of 4 weeks or less between your massages!
Simple concept - big impact to you. Regardless of how long a massage you have each time (ie: 30 mins / 45 mins / 60 mins/ 90 mins) - Regardless of whether you hold a valid concession card (Centrelink issued, Pension Card, F/T Student, etc) - Regardless of whether you see the same therapist every time or mix around between each of us, the benefit is for loyalty to this clinic and not necessarily any specific therapist ... Come for massage every 4 weeks or sooner and get $10 off ...

Referral Rewards Program ...
Here at HANDS from HEAVEN we believe in rewarding our loyal clients, and one of the best ways to do that is to give them something for free. We call it our “REFERRAL REWARDS Program”, and it is really easy to reap the benefits.
How can you get your free massage? If you felt a benefit from having had a massage here at HANDS from HEAVEN, tell your friends, family, your gym buddies, your work mates, everyone and anyone else you know. The more people you tell the better your chances of reaping the rewards, because for every 5 people who have a massage on your referral – YOU receive a FREE 1 hour massage! A thank you for being a walking-talking commercial for us.
There are some conditions, and they are :
#1 ..... Your friend must state at the time they book/have their massage that you referred them. This is so we can keep tally of all your referrals and book your free massage as soon as possible after your 5th friend has their massage; and
#2 ..... The important part of this program is that people actually have massages in this clinic. The duration of the massages {ie : full hour, ½ or ¾ hour} can vary person to person, they can see whichever therapist they feel most comfortable with (ie: they do not need to see the same therapist as you if they would rather not), and it does not matter if the 5 referrals are a combination of Full Paying and Concession Holding people.
