Obviously there are more stretches out there, but as I have been presenting them in 'Combination Stretch' format we have covered just about the whole body now. As I see it we have covered a good selection of stretches that should reach just about your whole body and give you a good basis to start a thorough stretching regime for yourself. If we have missed any particular region that you have been waiting for, please let me know by either commenting on this post or sending an e-mail to me in clinic, and let me know what you would like to stretch.
If there are no requests by next week, then I have a plan to move into more specific stretches that I can glean from another source of mine, and these stretches would come with accompanying images. It is my plan to move (eventually) into the stretches from the stretch charts in my treatment room here in clinic. Anyone who has seen me for treatment will be familiar with my stretch charts. I have had some good feedback about them and the stretches they provide, so if you have no requests or suggestions I will share each of those stretches with you week by week, from next week. Remember that this page is in Blog Format and you can comment at anytime about any of the posts, and I will respond to you as quickly as I can. Alternatively, you can always e-mail me in clinic and I can reply to you directly.
